Built in the late eighteenth century, the Villa stands on a peninsula on Lake Como, almost opposite Bellagio. It is one of the finest and most exclusive locations in the area, accessible mainly by water that allows your guests to experience something special. The real masterpiece of the Villa is the panoramic terraced garden dominated by the elegant loggia with three arches that stands on the highest point of the headland. The garden is a thing in itself, blending the typical Italian garden with respect for the lake and its shores, and where nothing should distract from the water. The loggia, which is slightly above the house and the central place of the tip, is the real architectural invention of Balbianello due to the fact, that is placed parallel to the peninsula and allows you to simultaneously enjoy the scenery of Tremezzina opposites, the true heart of Lake Como, and pelvis towards the island Comacina. The lodge also lends itself very well for the ceremony or even for a small reception, with a maximum of forty people.
