Surrounded by 35,000m2 of parkland, together with the entrance courtyard, surrounded by wide porticos, Montegioco castle offers an ideal framing for receptions, conferences and cultural events.
The Mansion is immersed in the hills around Tortona and dates back to the second half of the seventeenth century. Over the course of the centuries, it has passed through the hands of different noble families such as the Opizzoni, the Doria and the Busseti, undergoing many modifications. Today, the predominant style is the correct neo-gothic, which confers a particular charm to the structure. The castle is set in a huge park of 35m2 on two levels. The current owners have carried out a significant, authentic restoration.
The entire estate is enriched by a private, consecrated chapel, only for private benedictions, attached to an evocative room restructured in bare bricks, with an antique tiled floor and available for weddings and special events.
Particularly evocative is the hall of armour with large windows, which is used for special events, gala dinners, and weddings: the broletto courtyard, completely surrounded by porticos, has such a strong impact.
